Welcoming 15 students from Bangor University

Last weekend we were delighted to welcome a group of 15 students from Bangor University Wales eager to learn more about our agroforestry project we carry out with HAS green academy on the Tholen peninsula. We discussed alley cropping systems, carbon sequestration, soilhealth and how biochar can help mitigate soil salinity. It's our joint mission to restore soil health - through agroforestry among others - and explore the various ways in which biochar can help achieve this.
